Welcome to Spellbound Secrets. These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through our website. By placing an order, completing checkout, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products & Intended Use
Spellbound Secrets offers spiritual, ritual, aromatic, and metaphysical products, which may include ritual oils, fragrance oils, incense, herbs, crystals, candles, spiritual supplies, accessories, and related products.
Our spiritual and ritual products are offered for personal, spiritual, ritual, aromatic, and/or entertainment purposes. Individual beliefs, practices, and experiences vary.
Spellbound Secrets does not guarantee any specific spiritual, supernatural, financial, romantic, health, employment, legal, or other outcome from the purchase or use of our products.
Product descriptions concerning traditional, spiritual, metaphysical, folkloric, or magickal properties describe their intended or traditional uses and should not be interpreted as guarantees of results.
2. Product Safety

Unless a product is specifically labeled otherwise:

- Oils and other topical products are for external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.
- Keep products away from children and pets.
- Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
- Incense, candles, and other burning products should never be left unattended.
- Burn incense and candles only in appropriate holders on stable, heat-resistant surfaces and away from flammable materials.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
3. Allergies & Sensitivities
Our products may contain or come into contact with herbs, botanicals, essential oils, fragrance oils, carrier oils, resins, flowers, spices, or other natural and aromatic ingredients.
Customers with allergies, sensitivities, medical concerns, pregnancy-related concerns, or other conditions that could affect product use should review the ingredients carefully and seek appropriate professional guidance when necessary.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
Spellbound Secrets reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, payment problems, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
5. Product Availability & Handmade Variations
Some Spellbound Secrets products may be handcrafted or prepared in small batches.
Because natural ingredients and handcrafted products can vary, slight differences in color, scent, appearance, botanical placement, or packaging may occur from one batch to another.
Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, packaging availability, and natural ingredient variations.
6. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Spellbound Secrets is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
7. Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages
If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the applicable shipping carrier.
Spellbound Secrets is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with carrier information or documentation when appropriate.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
Due to health, safety, and product-integrity considerations, opened or used oils, incense, herbs, bath/body products, aromatic products, and other personal-use products may not be eligible for return.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Spiritual Results
The effectiveness or outcome of spiritual practices is subjective and cannot be guaranteed.
Statements regarding intentions such as abundance, prosperity, protection, attraction, love, luck, cleansing, healing, manifestation, divination, goddess energy, lunar energy, or similar spiritual purposes describe traditional or intended ritual uses.
Purchasing a Spellbound Secrets product does not guarantee that a particular event or outcome will occur.
Dissatisfaction with a spiritual, metaphysical, or manifestation outcome does not constitute a product defect.

References to historical traditions, folklore, spiritual practices, deities, herbs, crystals, or other generally known concepts are not claimed as exclusive property of Spellbound Secrets.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spellbound Secrets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of our products or failure to follow provided safety instructions.
